The vacuum pump can be used as a stand-alone device or combined with the main manual program. The second option is preferable.
If you use the pump in conjunction with manual exercises, you can get a much better result to increase the frequency converter. With the help of a vacuum pump, it is possible to increase both the length and the girth of the penis.

Safety rules for working with a vacuum pump

Under no circumstances violate the following rules:
- If you feel pain, stop the pumping session immediately. Find out what's causing the pain. If the cause was an injury, wait for complete healing before the next session. For example, if the cause of the pain was skin pinching, the problem should be resolved and the pumping session continued.

Training program for vacuum pumps
Consider two training programs:
- The first program is aimed at stretching the albuginea of the penis.

Training program:
- Testicle massage - 5 min.
- Steam heating - 10-15 minutes.
- Easy straight stretches in all directions - 10-15 minutes.

- Light Jelq - 50 reps. Before you start pumping, you should prepare the penis for pumping. Jelq is perfect for this purpose. Dry or wet jelq, whichever suits you best.

Bring the penis to 80-90% erection, lubricate it with cream or liquid petroleum jelly, then insert it into the bottle and press it firmly against the pubic bone. Rest between sets 3-5 minutes. A slight stretch can be performed at this point. Bring the penis back to an 80-90% erection before the next set.

The first set is light, 10 minutes, the second set is slightly increased load and also 10-15 minutes, the third set at the same pressure is 20 minutes. In a week, lightly, just a little, increase the load on the first set, so the second set will be with an even greater load, the third set with the same pressure, but already 20 minutes. The scheme is simple.
So gradually increase the load week by week. This will help you get the best results. After a few weeks, as you gain experience, increase the duration of the sets to 15 minutes for the first set, 20 minutes for the second, and 25 minutes for the third.
With enough experience, you can expand and change your training program based on the examples I've given.
Continue stretching the tunic until you increase the difference between BPFSL and BPEL to 2 cm or more, then continue the vascular cycle. However, if you read all the previous articles and got it right, you already know this.

When training with a pump, the penis is heavily "flooded" with lymph. The first lymphatic exercises can be more, after several sessions it doesn't "flood" as much.
If there is a lot of lymph, you can split the set into two phases, with a 30-second rest between phases.
To prevent a large amount of lymph, pumping in a condom is made possible. Yes, don't be surprised. With a condom, the skin is squeezed tightly, which prevents the lymph from pooling underneath. This does not affect the overall effectiveness of the training.
Moment 3 - healing creams
At the end of the training you need to use a healing cream. This helps to heal red spots quickly and prevent darkening of the penis.
Moment 4 - blood pumping
With classic pumping, it is recommended to drink aspirin before training (approx. ed.ask your doctor first). It increases blood flow and prevents blood clots.
A few small drops of blood may leak from the urethra during heavy-duty exercise. This is due to damage to the vessels in the urethra. In this case, end the session immediately and give yourself a two-week break. During the break, drink the drug "Ascorutin" to strengthen blood vessels or a proven analogue. You should also take vitamin E.
After two weeks of rest, resume training, but start slowly: After two weeks of light training, return to full training.
Moment 5 – Post-workout sex
I believe that having sex or masturbating after a workout is not worth it. Give yourself and your member a break. Have sex next time.
Moment 6 - darkening of the skin
With active classic pumping, the skin of the penis may darken slightly. This happens when the conditions described by me in the program are not observed: warming up, adequacy of the load, use of post-workout creams. In any case, the darkening is not a painful sign.
